Luxurious Stay, A Grateful Guest's Perspective

I stayed in a Marvellous Room. The bed was huge. I slept wonderfully. The wardrobe offered amazing space for all my belongings. I also enjoyed a lovely view of the garden from my room. It was very relaxing. The outdoor spa area included two saunas. The views of the countryside were beautiful from there. The main desk staff member, Colin, was very kind. His professionalism and courtesy were greatly appreciated . The grounds were very nice. I found areas to chill and read. The breakfast offered a good selection. I enjoyed the proximity to local walks near the hotel. It was easy to explore the area.
I thought the music played everywhere lowered the hotel's standard.

The breakfast option was very comprehensive. Dinner proved very good as well. I found the restaurant's atmosphere a bit chaotic in decor. I appreciated the restaurant staff's attentiveness and friendly attitude.

The service was not always prompt. I asked for a racing post twice, and it never arrived, though I was still charged for it, because I was at Cheltenham for work. some noises disturbed my sleep. I heard bottles breaking and loud arguments from a nearby room late at night.

room 20 overlooked the spa and was clean. the room was comfy with amenities you could need. our cockapoo enjoyed its own bed and welcome bag with toys.

The staff was helpful and always ready to assist. Our room was super clean, with a comfy bed and a great sofa. It had everything we needed, including a coffee machine. I saw dogs around, and it looked like they were having FUN.
I found the AC a bit noisy. It was hard to sleep without earplugs. The noise was quite irritating. Some updates would be great.
